It gives me great pleasure to extend warm greetings to all on the occasion of Treaty Day 2013. Today we affirm the bond of friendship between the Crown and the Mi’kmaw Nation and pay tribute to the rich cultural traditions of the Mi’kmaq people in Nova Scotia. The free summer tour program at Government House will finish on August 31. Many thanks to the very knowledgeable tour guides as well as the sentries and pipers from the Cape Breton Highlanders, the Nova Scotia Highlanders and the Princess Louise Fusiliers. Government House to Host Executive Council Meeting
