Please note that all certificates are sent by regular mail.  Please ensure that you submit your request at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure delivery prior to your date of celebration.

Milestone Birthdays and Anniversaries

To request a congratulatory message from the Lieutenant Governor for milestone birthdays and/or anniversaries, please complete the Protocol Office online request form.   

Please note the following parameters apply for congratulatory milestone messages:

Birthday

Starting at 80 then every 5 years only (80, 85, 90, 95, 100).
Available annually after 100.

Anniversary

Starting at 50 then every 5 years only (50, 55, 60, 65, 70).
Available annually after 70.
