Students Receive Respectful Citizenship Award

Promoting Mi'kmaq culture, fighting poverty and raising awareness of issues facing the transgender community are some of the ways Nova Scotia students are promoting respectful citizenship. African Heritage Month 2015 Launches

Lt.-Gov. J.J. Grant and Communities, Culture and Heritage Minister Tony Ince joined people from communities across the province at Government House today, Jan. 28, to launch African Heritage Month 2015 in Nova Scotia. New Season of Public Events Celebrate Local, National Heritage

African Heritage Month, recent discoveries in Acadian history and the fiftieth anniversary of the Canadian flag are among the topics to be featured in the upcoming Evenings at Government House, a public event series hosted by the lieutenant governor.
