Government House Halifax Announcement Regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic

The Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic situation and is working with Nova Scotia’s Public Health Authority regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus and will follow the decisions and recommendations made by the Government of Nova Scotia. In response to the developing COVID-19 situation and following the direction of the Premier and Chief Medical Officer to implement social distancing and minimize public gatherings, it has been decided to postpone all events at Government House for the next 30 days .
