Their Honours are delighted to announce that free, public tours of Government House are running through the months of July and August.

 

Visit the grounds every Friday - Monday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM to watch the Changing of the Guards and view the first floor of Government House, including the Ballroom, Dinning Room and Morning Room.

 

Tours run every 30 minutes on a first-come, first-served basis. Advanced reservations are not possible at this time.

 

Government House is located at 1451 Barrington Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Parking is not available on the grounds, but meter parking is available on surrounding streets. Accessible parking spaces are available on Barrington Street in front of Government House.
