In fulfilling one of his most important constitutional roles, His Honour Brigadier-General The Honourable J.J. Grant, Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia will open the third session of the 62nd General Assembly of the Nova Scotia legislature today by reading the Speech from the Throne at 2 p.m.  He will officially Prorogue the second session at 11 a.m.
