Lt.-Gov. J.J. Grant and Mrs. Joan Grant extend congratulations to Her Majesty The Queen on the occasion of her 90th Birthday on April 21st, 2016.

From April 21 until June 15, 2016 members of the public are invited to sign the congratulatory message book available at Government House, 1451 Barrington St., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily including weekends. The book will then be sent to Her Majesty from the people of Nova Scotia.
