Lt.-Gov. J.J. Grant and Mrs. Joan Grant extend congratulations to Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their son today, July 22 2013.

From July 23, members of the public are invited to sign the congratulatory message book available at Government House, 1451 Barrington St., from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. until Aug. 31.  The book will then be sent to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge from the people of Nova Scotia.  

Canadians wishing to mark the birth of the Royal baby are also invited to sign an online book of congratulations on the Governor General’s website available here.
