Mrs. Grant and I extend our deepest sympathies to the family of Dartmouth South MLA Allan Rowe. 

Well known to Nova Scotians as a successful television broadcaster for many years, Mr. Rowe was elected to the House of Assembly in 2013.   During his time as a member of the Legislature, Mr. Rowe represented the people of Dartmouth South with pride and integrity.   Through his words and actions, he demonstrated a commitment to enhancing the foundations of community life for all Nova Scotians and serving the public good.

Mr. Rowe will be missed by family, friends and colleagues of all backgrounds.  Mrs. Grant and I join Nova Scotians in mourning the death of Mr. Rowe and offer our sincere condolences to his family during this difficult time.
