Lt.-Gov. J.J. Grant and Communities, Culture and Heritage Minister Tony Ince will be joined by community members at the Provincial launch of African Heritage Month 2015, Wednesday, Jan. 28.

The event will be 11 a.m. at Government House, 1451 Barrington St., Halifax.
