On Thursday, November 28, 2013 at 2pm AST, His Honour Brigadier-General The Honourable J.J. Grant, CMM, ONS, CD (Ret'd), Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia will read the Speech from the Throne at the opening of the first session of the 62nd General Assembly of Nova Scotia at Province House in Halifax.

The Speech from the Throne will be broadcast live on Legislative Television.
