On Tuesday, February 7^th at 7:00 PM, the Lieutenant Governor will welcome Charlie Marven, lead artist for The Viola Desmond Experience, to Government House (1451 Barrington Street). Mr. Marven will share behind the scenes footage taken while designing and building The Viola Desmond Experience. He will also demonstrate how he created the concept for the art installation and share stories about its personal meaning.

A dessert reception will follow the presentation. Guests will have the opportunity to chat with Charlie Marven and the Lieutenant Governor, while enjoying treats prepared for the evening.

About Charlie Marven:
Charlie Marven is a creator and entrepreneur from Halifax. He's been working in the digital marketing and advertising sector as a programmer and designer for over 15 years. He is the founder of Marvelous Design and the Make a Dream Endure Organization (MaDE). A highly driven, multi-talented artist, designer and web developer with a passion for creating fun and unique experiences.
