As the annual New Year’s Day Levée that is traditionally hosted by the Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, His Honour The Honourable Arthur J. LeBlanc, accompanied by Her Honour Mrs. Patsy LeBlanc, has recorded a message for 2021 and offers a toast to Nova Scotians.
