Mrs. LeBlanc and I were saddened to learn of the passing of the Honourable Alan R. Abraham, CM, ONS, CD, 27 th Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia. Mr. Abraham served as Lieutenant Governor from 1984 to 1989. At the time of his appointment, he was the second youngest Lieutenant Governor in Nova Scotia’s history. An engineer by training, Mr. Abraham dedicated his entire life to serving his province and its citizens.
